Prosecco Il Colle
Although established in 1978, Il Colle has evolved naturally from a longstanding family tradition in San Pietro di Feletto, province of Treviso in the heart of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG production area. Fabio Cheschin along with his wife Gianna, founded the winery while still in their twenties and their collection always relies on nature – the weather, the fermentation process, checking & rechecking.
