Alberici
"Casalone" is the name of the land on which the Alberici winery stands: a family-run winery that, from its own vineyards, respecting the times of nature, produces naturally fermented wines. The Casalone farm is on a floodplain in Reggio Emilia. A short row of blue beehives sits in the driveway, in front of low trellises of Lambrusco Nostrano and Fogarina vines. Organic farming. They have old vines and rare grapes (Fogarina is unique to the property). They make only 10,000 bottles.
Amilcare Alberici and his daughter created this winery via decades of sweat and correct, small decisions. The winery is located in the Po Valley near the river Po between the provinces of Parma, Reggio Emilia and Mantua.
