Stefan Becker and Thorsten Konrad are the two founders of ODE. They wanted to know what the taste of fruit, herb or wood is like in its original form. So, over the last few years, they have extracted natural essences from raw materials, combined them and, after countless series of experiments, created the perfect flavor architecture for novel, natural aperitifs. ODE is therefore their answer to too much artificial flavors in the wonderful world of aperitifs. In Berlin, ODE creates and produces natural aperitifs without compromise. Less sweet, but with more taste. ODE brings together high quality German wine with the best natural raw materials in the world - because good times deserve good taste.
