Markou Winery
The fourth generation of winemakers located in Attica, which is the region dedicated to the production of Retsina, the Markou family, continues the 150-year-old tradition.
Nowadays, young winegrowers, with specialized knowledge, produce biodynamic wines that are dry-farmed, with minimal intervention, they still take inspiration from their fathers. They started producing wines with no added sulfur over 15 years ago and continue to follow the natural path of making wines with wild yeast fermentation with all the wines they produce.
