Domaine Mosnier

Located at the northern gates of Burgundy, between Paris and Beaune, this five-generation estate is located in the heart of Chablis, with typical terroirs and climates, which allow them to produce unique and incomparable dry white wines. It is located in the town of Beines, near Chablis, in a double-vaulted 19th-century cellar, made up of nearly 19 ha of vines divided into 3 appellations and different terroirs: 4 ha of Petit Chablis, 13.30 ha of Chablis and 1.60 of Premier Cru (Beauroy).

The new generation, daughter Stéphanie (who took over in 2007), combines tradition and modernity in production. The estate is in sustainable cultivation, labeled HVE. The vineyard is more natural, reinvested by many insects, a sign of life and biodiversity.
