Domaine de la Garenne
Fabienne and Benoit share the tasks at the Domaine de la Garenne: she takes care of the administrative and commercial part while he deals with the cultivation of vines and winemaking.
In the plots, Benoit uses all the available techniques to respect the soils. When preserved, the terroirs allow vines to fully express the characteristics that give Sancerre wines their unique flavors. Benoit then signs the cuvées of the Domaine de la Garenne: by adjusting the typical qualities of the juices from the different terroirs of the Domain, he truly creates unique wines that are an expression of an intimate knowledge of the soils and a well-known savoir-faire in the subtle art of blending.
