Casas del Toqui
Our philosophy regarding vineyard management is to try to achieve the maximum balance in each vine, always seeking that the quality and identity of our wines is a true reflection of their terroir. A large part of our vineyards are located in Alto Cachapoal, about 100 km south of Santiago, which have alluvial soils and a Mediterranean climate that provide ideal conditions for the production of vinifera grapes.
We also work and vinify grapes from Alto Maipo, the intermediate zone of the Cachapoal Valley (Peumo) and cold areas such as Casablanca and Paredones. In addition to these places, our technical team is constantly searching and evaluating new wine-growing areas. It is our innovative spirit that guides our steps.
