Assuli
The western coast of Sicily is rugged in its terrain, yet magical in every sense of the word. Assuli is an imposing winery set at the top of a gentle rise, owned by the Caruso Family under the leadership of the family patriarch Roberto Caruso.
Roberto’s strong ties to the land and traditions are apparent in every aspect of the winery. The vineyards are largely located in Mazaro del Vallo, Trapani, consisting of four plots of land: Besi, Fontanbianca, Carcitella, and Conca, with the actual winery located in Contrada Corcitelia.
